I have come to terms with the fact that Ellie picks out her own clothes. She does a great job and it is always cute--especially when she doesn't match. And now Lynlee also wants to pick out her own clothes every day.
This means that the perfect outfits to go to violin lessons are pajamas (different than the ones she slept in) & monkey slippers for Ellie, and a leotard with leg warmers for Lynnie.
And you have to play on Grandma's swings after your lesson when it is so gorgeous outside.
Lynnie was excited to still be wearing her leotard when it was time to go to Ellie's dance class. Lu fell asleep in the car on the way, which is unusual for her. She slept through the class. At the end, I picked her up to go, and experimentally tried to wake her up. She would not do it! The moms around me were laughing because she just flopped around and made sighing noises, while staying asleep.
After dinner, we went with Greg to help him move his stake office.
I say "help" very loosely.
Mostly we were entertainment for him.
This hottie looks amazing! He will finish P90X on Saturday (a 13 week exercise program). He has worked really hard and I am proud of him!
The girls danced a lot, and...
...got drinks, and helped vacuum, and helped take the vacuum back to the closet.
At Greg's new office, we discovered the sit-on-a-chair-and-eat-candy-from-the-president's-bowl strategy.
It worked like a charm.
Ellie made a train out of the boxes and called a friend.
They shared their Nerds, which was very sweet.
It was their first time eating Nerds, and it was a little too soon for them. It's too hard to keep those tiny candies inside the itty bitty box.
